How we Work

Identify a Plot

Once you have identified / Selected one of our plots, you visit our office or call for more details regarding the plot and the payment arrangements.

Due deligence / Search

We provide you with the necessary materials of the piece of Land in which you are interested in. After which we allow and encourage you to do a Land search.

Purchase

After you are satisfied, you make payment and Title deed processing begins, and shall be delivered in 90 working days.
